What Worked and What Didn't Work for Us in 2020

A great way to prepare yourself for the New Year is to ask yourself what worked and what didn’t work in the previous year. You can do it at any time, but I typically do this as a part of my goal-setting process. It gives me clarity and helps me not to feel so overwhelmed.

In this episode you will hear:

  • The benefits of identifying what worked and what didn't work in the previous year.

  • What it looks like to discuss what worked and what didn’t

  • The lessons we learned from last years hits and misses

Key Points:

  • You can create new rhythms and habits.

  • As we continually take small steps over time you will drive and nurture the culture in our home.

Mentioned in this episode:

Ep. 114 Getting Your Family Back on Track in 2021 (the show about non-negotiables)

Ep. 65 You Alone Can Create a Strong Family Culture
