The Family Culture Project Season 2 Trailer

Are you and your family busy doing life together but not really connecting? Do you have a vision for what you want your family to be but don't know how to achieve it?

We get it because... we have been there.

When we got married, we talked about many wonderful ideas for our family.

Years later we discovered that the values, beliefs, and expectations we had for our family were getting lost in the shuffle of our modern-day life.

In an effort to bridge the gap between the life we were living and the life we’d hoped for, my husband and I set out to create a mission statement. It was harder than we imagined. After a few failed attempts, we began to research how successful companies created theirs.

That’s when we discovered the power of culture and the part it plays in a thriving organization.

A family culture is the norms, values, beliefs, and customs of people that are passed down from generation to generation.

Just as in business, family culture refers to how a family relates to one another, works together, and achieves goals. Family culture is the DNA of a family. It’s the what of, “That’s just the way we do things.”

Just like a fingerprint, it's what makes your family unique.

In Season 2, the  Family Culture Podcast will empower you to design and create the family culture you want.

Drawing on the principles of organizational culture, we will help you establish your unique family culture, one that reflects your values and beliefs. As a result, you’ll be able to lead with purpose and passion and create unity within your family.

This season we have special guests:

Join us each week in season 2, as we talk with experts, leaders, and everyday people who are intentionally creating culture within their families and organizations.

It’s time for you and your family to live your lives on purpose.

We look forward to spending time with you on Tuesday, July 10 when we launch our first episode of Season 2.
